RepRamp is a professional training and rehearsal platform designed to simulate conversations for educational purposes. It is not a financial services system and is not intended to store client financial records.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect
RepRamp is not designed to collect or process non-public personal financial information (NPI).
Users should not enter real client data. The system is not intended to store:

- Financial account numbers
- Portfolio balances
- Tax documents
- Custodian or brokerage records
- Trading instructions
- Client financial records
If such information is detected, we may warn the user or remove the content.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
RepRamp uses secure third-party AI processing providers to:
- simulate conversations
- evaluate communication performance
These providers process data only to generate responses.
Customer conversations are not used to train AI models.
RepRamp does not sell or share user conversation content.
