- Interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
Content You Create
You may create scenarios, organization data, and other content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to host, display, and operate the Service using that content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
RepRamp, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Simply Chill, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLY CHILL, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Chill, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.
