RepRamp is a software application operated by Simply Chill, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

RepRamp is a professional training and rehearsal platform designed to help financial professionals practice conversations in a simulated environment.

Financial firms operate under strict privacy and regulatory expectations. This page explains exactly what data RepRamp uses — and what it does not.

1. RepRamp Is a Simulation Environment

RepRamp is used for training and preparation only.

Users interact with fictional or hypothetical client scenarios. RepRamp is not intended for real client servicing, financial planning, trading activity, or account management.

RepRamp should never be used to enter or store real client financial records.

2. Non-Public Personal Information (NPI)

RepRamp does not require and is not designed to collect sensitive personal financial data.

Users should not enter real client information. The platform is not intended to store:

  • Social Security numbers
  • account numbers
  • portfolio balances
  • custodial or brokerage data
  • tax records
  • client addresses or phone numbers
  • trading instructions
  • non-public personal financial information

If potentially sensitive information is detected, the system may warn the user or remove the content.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

RepRamp uses secure third-party AI service providers to:

  • simulate realistic conversations
  • evaluate communication performance
  • generate coaching feedback

These providers process conversation text solely to produce a response and evaluation.

RepRamp does not permit AI providers to train their models on customer conversations.

Conversation content is used only to:

  • generate the simulation
  • evaluate communication skills
  • provide feedback to the user

RepRamp does not sell or monetize conversation content.

4. Data Stored by RepRamp

RepRamp stores only training and platform usage information, including:

  • user account details (name, email, organization)
  • simulation scores and evaluations
  • coaching feedback
  • activity history (logins and actions)

RepRamp does not store client financial account data.

5. Security Practices

RepRamp follows standard SaaS security practices, including:

  • encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • encrypted data storage
  • authenticated user access
  • role-based permissions
  • administrator ability to disable users
  • audit logging of key actions

We recommend organizations restrict access to authorized employees only.

6. Access Control

Organizations manage their own users and may:

  • invite authorized employees
  • disable former employees
  • control permissions and roles

Access can be revoked immediately by administrators.

7. Data Ownership

Organizations and users retain ownership of their training records and performance data.

RepRamp does not claim ownership of client information because RepRamp is not designed to hold client financial data.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Organizations may request deletion of user accounts and training records at any time.

Requests may be sent to: security@repramp.io

Upon request, RepRamp will permanently delete stored training data within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Incident Response

RepRamp maintains an internal incident response process.

If a confirmed security incident affects customer data, impacted organizations will be notified promptly and provided relevant information.

10. Appropriate Use

RepRamp is a training platform and not a regulated recordkeeping system.

Users should not enter:

  • real client names
  • identifying personal information
  • account or portfolio details

RepRamp should not be used to store regulated client communications.
